This prestigious membership organisation is looking to recruit a Committees Executive to provide a range of administrative and project support with particular emphasis on contributing to the management of high-level committees.

Key Responsibilities of the Committees Executive Role:

  • Provide committee secretariat support to boards and working groups, working closely with leads in the preparation of agendas and papers.
  • Managing and updating the calendar for board meetings.
  • Undertake project work related to designated working groups.
  • Oversee the production and publication of guidance and policy documents.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of committee functions in collaboration with other senior staff.
  • Assist with the planning and marketing of events including training days and webinars, when required.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Education to degree level or with equivalent professional experience.
  • Hands-on understanding and experience of committee secretariat functions.
  • Highly-organised with the ability to prioritise time and workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

Salary and Benefits:

  • c£14-c£15 per hour.
  • Part-time, 17.5hrs/week.
  • Temporary role with an immediate start.
  • Hybrid working model, including remote working.
