If youre passionate about delivering value for customers and want to grow your career in a collaborative purpose-driven environment wed love to hear from you.What youll be doing:Supporting the development of products that meet the needs characteristics and objectives of our target marketDemonstrating up-to-date knowledge of evolving products propositions and regulatory changesEnsuring product developments comply with internal and regulatory policies before launchUndertaking Post Launch Reviews in line with governance processesContributing to IGC Mastertrust and Consumer Duty reports to evidence value for money and good outcomesManaging the Product Hub SharePoint site to ensure content is accurate and accessibleSupporting risk management by recording and reviewing risks with the Operational Risk teamConducting customer research and product testing to ensure propositions meet customer needsQualifications : Who were looking for:A 2:1 degree in any disciplineCuriosity and a desire to learn and innovate to deliver excellent customer outcomesKnowledge of Workplace Savings products and relevant regulations (desirable)Awareness of market dynamics and trends in the Workplace Savings space (desirable)A passion for identifying opportunities to enhance customer supportStrong communication and organisational skillsA collaborative mindset and ability to work across teamsExperience in a provider asset manager or EBC environment with an understanding of corporate client needs (desirable)Whatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
