This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in a dynamic team that values curiosity collaboration and continuous improvementWhat youll be doing:Supporting the governance administration of Workplace Savings productsBuilding knowledge of current propositions and regulatory developmentsAssisting with Product Risk Reviews in line with internal processesAnalysing customer activity to identify indicators of potential harmProcessing due diligence documentation and maintaining oversight of assetsUpdating and approving customer and adviser literature to meet regulationsRecording and reviewing risks in partnership with the Operational Risk teamConducting customer research and product testing to meet Consumer Duty standardsQualifications : Who were looking for:Holding or working towards a 2:1 degree in any disciplineDemonstrating curiosity and a desire to learn and innovateShowing awareness of Workplace Savings products and market dynamicsCommunicating clearly and working collaboratively across teamsPaying attention to detail and managing tasks with careUnderstanding the importance of compliance and customer outcomesBeing passionate about improving support for customersBringing a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownershipWhatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
