Instigating corrective actions with relevant departments and make amendments/improvements to procedures where appropriate.Maintain appropriate EHS records, data and timely reporting. Ensure root cause analysis investigation is completed for all incidents, appropriate action is identified and ensure all actions are closed.Control the site Hazard, Near Miss and Reportable data base.Liaison and participation with Regional and Corporate EHS colleagues, through calls, meetings and implementation of SW Corporate standards
