Project Support/PMO - Salary up to £32,000Trevett Services are working closely with a leading Biomedical Science site who are looking to bring on a Project Support/PMO to work on their client site in Norwich. This is a full time, permanent role with a flexible working pattern and excellent benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Support/PMO to join their team and assist with a variety of tasks, working closely with the Project Managers and wider department.

Key Responsibilities of Project Support:

  • Support with the preparation and delivery of monthly financial reviews, purchase orders and management reports
  • Working closely with the project managers, obtaining supplier quotes and uploading onto internal systems for approval
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings and resources required for the Capitals Projects team
  • Attend meetings, take notes and distribute in a timely manner

Experience Required for Project Support/PMO:

  • Higher Educational qualifications at A level or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an FM, Construction or Projects environment
  • Excellent finance administration skills, with a strong understanding of accounts and the invoice process
  • The ability to liaise with stakeholders across different levels, internal and external
  • Experience working in a busy and varied office environment

This is a full time permanent role, 37 hours a week with flexible working available. The salary is up to £32,000 per annum with great company benefits additional to those listed above
