We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Oversight & Coordination Lead to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our Operations Change team, you will play a critical role in supporting the transformation of performance within our Customer Service teams.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of change frameworks and excellent stakeholder management skills. You will be responsible for leading our oversight of Change being delivered across the Life and Group portfolio, ensuring we report accurately on all aspects of the portfolio being delivered, driving standards across the team, and keeping stakeholders appropriately informed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain standardised project management processes (PMO Change Framework)
  • Embed standardisation across the UKL Ops Change team; processes, methods, tools, while always adopting and developing best practices
  • Provide exceptional Resource Management, Prioritisation, Impact Assessment, Financial and Outcome tracking
  • Collaborate & communicate with stakeholders to ensure objectives are clear and achieved
  • Scope, develop, test, review, and adapt approach
  • Provide confidence and trust to our senior stakeholders
  • Enhance, encourage, and drive positive changes to Team Culture
Requirements
  • Experience/Understanding of Change Delivery in a complex business environment
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and navigate through complex problems
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills both internally and externally with the ability to challenge and influence
  • Ability to identify and communicate risks and develop sufficient mechanisms to mitigate
