In this role, you will provide top-tier technical assistance and support to their customers, troubleshoot and resolve network issues, and ensure the smooth operation of their wireless network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and monitor wireless network issues.
  • Update and fix software and hardware problems.
  • Provide guidance on system usage and handle day-to-day networking requests.
  • Configure equipment during the build process to ensure readiness for installation.
  • Ensure that equipment is live and fully operational before deployment.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a network support role.
  • Excellent understanding of products such as Mikrotik, UBNT, Cisco, TP-link, and RF Elements.
  • Proficient in wireless technology, specifically 5GHz and 60GHz kits.
  • Must have experience with MPLS Tunnel configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of IP configurations.
  • Basic expertise in VLAN and VPN configuration.
  • Experience with server-based client services, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, NPS, and GPOs.
  • Knowledge of server and infrastructure hardware.
  • Understanding of firewall configurations and security.
  • Familiarity with safeguarding protocols.
  • Proficiency in the configuration of radios.
