If so, we’d love you to join our Independent Living team as our new Independent Living Hub Assistant.This is a rewarding and varied role at the heart of our extra care and independent living services, supporting older and vulnerable residents to feel safe, supported and connected. You’ll be the friendly face of the hub, helping residents with day-to-day enquiries, keeping our reception running smoothly, and providing essential administrative support that keeps the service moving.About the RoleAs an Independent Living Hub Assistant, you’ll help ensure our hub offers a warm, responsive and professional service. You’ll:• Welcome residents and visitors at reception, acting as the first point of contact• Handle phone, email and face-to-face enquiries with confidence, calmness and care• Support residents by logging repairs, arranging appointments and offering practical guidance• Maintain accurate records, profiling data and administrative systems• Assist with tenancy sign-ups, activity room bookings and support plan administration• Help coordinate scheme activities, events and promotional materials• Monitor door entry, CCTV and assi...
