The Role

We are looking for an executive member of the team who will support our client management team and work across our varied client base, managing and implementing our strategic CBB Plans that meet clients’ ambitions, goals and objectives.

Working closely with clients and the wider Client Services team, your focus is on getting things planned, actioned and delivered on time. But the role doesn’t begin & end there – once the brilliant basics are in place, we’re always looking to support the expansion of roles to suit individual skills and interests.

 

 

We Are Looking For Someone Who…

 

·      Has ready-to-go organic and paid ads experience and expertise across digital platforms and channels, including LinkedIn, Meta, Google, et al

·      A good understanding of SEO, including copywriting

·      A good understanding of Google Analytics

·      Knows what it takes to deliver campaigns with bags of experience and enthusiasm across the full mix of marketing disciplines

·      Knows your stuff and get excited by a client’s success 

·      Is always looking for ways to add value to the client experience 

·      Is highly organised and pro-active 

·      Is outcomes-focused 

·      Has a likeable, sunny, optimistic outlook 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

·      Supporting the Account Managers with

o  Research and data analysis to inform plans and strategies.

o  Social media profile management, including copywriting, content calendar planning and campaigns

o  Managing and optimising paid ads campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta and Google ad platforms.

o  eMail marketing

o  SEO

o  Reporting on campaigns

·      Bringing ideas and fresh thinking to our client meetings and internal brainstorm sessions.

·      Liaising with the client day-to-day, including meetings & minutes, status calls, setting & managing timelines, updates & proposals, contact reports and overall end-to end delivery of projects - right first time.

·      Focusing on delivering measurable results, such as traffic growth, enquiries, sign-ups or sales.
