Role Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned Pensions Executive to oversee a range of pension schemes and strategic projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a forward-thinking firm that emphasizes innovation, teamwork, and excellence.


Key Responsibilities:


Pension Scheme Management:

  • Planning & Coordination: Engage with trustees, chairs, and in-house pension teams.
  • Scheme Administration: Organize and attend meetings, manage minutes, and address follow-up actions.
  • Member Engagement: Handle communications such as newsletters and funding statements.
  • Governance & Projects: Supervise budget management, risk assessments, and strategic project execution.


Business Development & Client Relations:

  • Networking: Build and sustain professional relationships to foster business growth.
  • Content Creation: Contribute to marketing materials and digital content.
  • Client Handling: Manage client invoicing, respond to RFPs, and handle agreements.


Team Leadership & Workflow:

  • Training & Protocols: Engage in team training, set work protocols, and manage workflow tools.


General Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth and improve processes.
  • Participate in performance management and promote a positive company culture.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Extensive background with occupational pension schemes (5-10 years).
  • Knowledge: Current understanding of pensions and industry trends.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with strong communication and analytical abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • APMI, actuarial qualifications, or similar credentials.

  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent in communication and time management with the ability to adapt and work independently.
