Inventory Planner Required Milton Keynes - Immediate Start Available Inventor planner required to work for manufacturing and distribution business based in Milton Keynes Overview of the roleYour primary objective will be the achievement of best possible stock availability while maximising stock turn.You'll be flexible in your approach, self-motivated but also enjoy working within a team.You'll have excellent numeracy skills along with advanced Excel and you'll be an excellent communicator with an organized approach to your work.Attention to detail is key for this role.Ideally you will be an experienced stock controller/senior merchandiser from a business with multiple third-party suppliers and a large number of SKUs.Forecasting demand is fundamental to inventory planning and you'll work closely with our brand teams to understand market trends and understand global supply chains.You will also work with the Logistics and Operations Teams and external suppliers to improve and maintain our purchasing efficiency.
