Hours: Mon - Thurs 8.30-5pm and 3pm finish on Fridays

They are looking for an experienced, personable, professional, and tenacious customer service representative to join their busy and enthusiastic team in their Livingston office. The company are focused on providing excellent customer care through various channels, including telephone, email, and live chat to ensure that they maintain their positive reputation and continue driving their business forward. As a key player in their e-commerce team and customer service team, you will be responsible for processing all orders, acting as the first point of contact for suppliers and customers and resolving any issues that may arise throughout the supply chain. Therefore, in order to be considered for this role, you must have considerable administration experience, ideally within a B2B (business to business) capacity and be skilled at inputting and processing large volumes of data accurately.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

· Provide exceptional end-to-end customer care through live chat, email, and telephone throughout all stages of the customer journey.

· Processing a high volume of orders efficiently and accurately across multiple supply chains.

· Manage credit card transactions and other payment methods associated with customer orders.

· Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.

· Escalate complaints to the relevant parties if or when required.

Key Skills and Qualities:

To be successful in this role you must have the following:

· Relevant work experience in a customer service role.

· Previous administration experience is essential, ideally in a B2B capacity.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ability to work alone and as part of a close-knit team.

· Experience of working with CRM/ERP systems.

· Strong computer skills (including proficiency in Microsoft Platforms such as Excel).

· Flexible and enthusiastic approach with a focus on service and delivery.

· Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy when gathering and inputting data.
