The on-site Facilities Support Technician plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site by supporting the Facilities team in maintaining a safe clean and efficient working environment. This role involves hands-on support coordination with contractors and proactive maintenance of facilities and services.Key Responsibilities and DutiesAssist with the daily upkeep and presentation of the site including general maintenance and minor repairs.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.Respond promptly to facilities-related requests from staff and escalate where necessary.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service visits.Liaise with external contractors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.Maintain stock levels of cleaning and maintenance supplies and place orders as required.Support emergency procedures including fire drills and first aid equipment checks.Assist with waste management and recycling initiatives across the site.Monitor and report any building or equipment issues to the Facilities Manager.Qualifications : Previous experience in a facilities maintenance or site support role.Good understanding of health and safety practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic IT skills (e.g. email spreadsheets maintenance logging systemsHold a UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicleAdditional Information : 16000 per annum (24 hours per week)3 days per week (Monday-Friday)Available to work on weekends when requiredBenefits25 days paid annual leave 8 bank holidays (based on 5-day working week)Generous pension schemePrivate health careLife assurance schemeDiscounts with corporate partnersFree on-site parking Access to state-of-the-art training facilities and resourcesOpportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive teamRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Part-time Key Skills Change Management,API,ABAP,Facility Management,Games,Claims Experience: years Vacancy: 1
