In this role, you will drive critical improvement projects, ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of the factory while overseeing the budget and fostering a culture of continuous professional development. Your analytical and data-driven decision-making will be instrumental in enhancing productivity and plant performance, all while championing the site's food safety culture.

  • Lead a team of engineering technicians to deliver effective day-to-day maintenance engineering of a cutting-edge food production factory
  • Propose, develop, and implement improvement projects to enhance plant performance and productivity
  • Manage the engineering budget, ensuring strict adherence to best practices and health, safety, and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Budget control and CAPEX experience
  • Proven leadership skills in a high-pressure production and maintenance environment
  • Strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience using CMMS to maximize productivity and plant performance
  • People management and coaching abilities

Qualifications:

  • Time served multi-skilled engineer with an electrical bias and a good standard of education
  • Demonstrated capability in driving continuous improvement activities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach
