Excited to say Alexander Daniels are looking to recruit a Credit Controller for an established Business outside of Cannock, on a permanent and full-time basis. Reporting into the Finance Manager, the main duties include (but are not restricted to):

  • Credit control duties including setting up new customers, completing credit checks and actively chasing outstanding debt whilst working to a monthly cash target.
  • Reporting on any aged debt and ensuring the Finance Manager is aware of any queries restricting cash collection.
  • Raising sales invoices and reconciling all accounts.
  • Maintaining existing and building new customer relationships, whilst resolving any queries which may arise.
  • Interpreting information, data and reports.
  • Ensure accurate timekeeping to maintain efficiency within the department.
  • Completing other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

This role is end-to-end and will suit a Credit Controller who is accustomed to working independently. Additionally, we need an excellent communicator who can showcase examples of maintaining strong relationships with customers.

The successful candidate will be joining a friendly finance team, with a very competitive salary alongside other perks such as an early finish on Fridays
