The OpportunityWere looking for aSupplier Quality Control Engineerto join ourSupply Chain Team . This is a pivotal role supporting the Procurement Manager and ensuring all purchased components meet Eminoxsstrict quality and regulatory standards . Youll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to drive performance, reduce defects, and deliver continuous improvement across the supply chain. Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Quality Management:Assess, qualify, and audit suppliers to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards; manage corrective actions and long-term quality improvement plans.Quality Control & Inspection:Implement robust incoming inspection processes; review PPAP documentation; ensure APQP tools are properly applied.Problem Solving & Improvement:Lead investigations using 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa methods; support cost reduction and defect prevention initiatives.Compliance & Reporting:Maintain supplier KPIs, dashboards, and reports; support audits, customer visits, and compliance reviews as the supplier quality expert.What Youll BringProven experience insupplier quality or manufacturing quality engineering , ideally within the automotive or engineered products sector.Strong knowledge ofIATF 16949, ISO 9001 , and automotive quality systems.Excellentproblem-solving and analytical skillswith attention to detail.Confident communicator able to influence at all business levels.Commercially aware, proactive, and results-driven.Why Join Eminox?At Eminox, youll join acollaborative, forward-thinking teamcommitted to sustainability, innovation, and excellence.
