Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Conveyancing/ Private Client Paralegal at Lynwood Solicitors. The Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication with clients, conducting research, document review, and assisting in property and private client transactions. The role will involve working closely with the legal team to ensure smooth transactions.


Potential to secure a training contract.


Responsibilities:

  • Opening client files and sending out quotes
  • Drafting legal documents, including contracts, Wills, LPA's, leases, and transfer deeds
  • Conducting property searches and investigations
  • Liaising with clients and other third parties to ensure smooth transaction processes
  • Managing key dates, deadlines, and file maintenance
  • Providing administrative support, including organizing files, preparing correspondence, and scheduling appointments
  • Assisting in the preparation of completion statements and invoices


Requirements:

  • 12 Months of Paralegal experience in a conveyancing / Private Client department
  • Proficiency in case management systems and legal software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A professional and client-focused approach
  • Law Degree/ LPC
