We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their journey in Web MarketingAs a Web Marketing Executive you will be part of our dynamic Web Marketing team driving digital marketing initiatives and contributing to the success of Taylor & Francis Online.You will be joining our team of experts supporting our journals publishing platform and implementing positive digital journeys for our customers. This role will involve the creation and editing of web pages and digital assets while streamlining our online support processes. Youll collaborate with colleagues across the business to fulfil incoming requests for website maintenance and development.What you will be doing:Plan and implement best practice in maintaining online journal content within the specialist area of Web Marketing.Deliver continuous improvement to processes systems and tools that team members and wider departments use to create and promote online content on our websites.Support management and expert colleagues in planning and implementing team level submissions- and revenue-generating projects.Support site developments through compilation of change request documentation and testing.Oversee access arrangements for third party customers on Taylor & Francis Online.Undertake requirements gathering and market research to understand customer competitor and market developments.Build effective working relationships with colleagues customers potential customers and third-party services.Delegate and review tasks where agreed with the Senior Web Marketing Manager monitoring progress and quality and providing effective feedback.Take responsibility to identify and develop skills gaps and manage own learning Qualifications : What we are looking for:Competency in HTML with an aptitude and willingness to learn moreExperience of handling website content.An understanding of the CMS/admin tools that can be used to manage marketing content a willingness to learn and an ability to quickly master use of bespoke software.Planning and basic project management skills; able to effectively document requirements and processes.Strong communication skills: works collaboratively to build positive working relationships with colleagues.Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.Knowledge and ability of IT systems including core MS Office packages and content management systems (CMS) and creative software such as Photoshop. Additional Information : We believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face. When youre not spending time together in one of our offices or other workplaces like at conference you get the flexibility and support to work from home or remotely.Location: The successful candidate will be able to utilise our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance of our Milton Park Abingdon office to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office location to collaborate as required.
