Summary of the role


This is a very exciting role in a fast-growth agency, where the combination of culture-first thinking and high performance go hand-in-hand. As Account Director, you will hold one of the senior roles in our Client Services team and work closely with our Client, Strategy and Creative Director’s, inputting ideas and collaborating on the right GTM and delivery solutions.


The right person for this role will be a Marketer first and foremost - someone who instinctively understands the next best action in a campaign, and can tap into the mindset of our clients and the outcomes they need to drive. You’ll be a curious and strategic thinker, motivated to nurture a team who deliver exceptional quality marketing.


You will take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, accountable for revenue, margin, growth, retention, NPS and delivery – in effect acting as a strategic partner to our clients ABM and brand programmes. You will lead a portfolio of accounts and oversee the development and delivery of their bespoke and comprehensive programmes of work. 



Growth

You will work to deliver annual and quarterly client growth targets, identify, nurture and close existing account opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell/programme expansion. To achieve this, you will have experience engaging to Director level, and enjoy build strategic relationships with your clients, listening for opportunities and challenges that we can help solve.


Delivery

Owning a portfolio of accounts, you'll have commercial ownership, as well as be a key part of defining the strategy and annual plan. You will lead QBRs, monthly Client Reviews, prepare and review quotes, present and pitch as well as lead your AMs and AEs to deliver exceptional quality programmes and service for your accounts.


About you

You're most likely an AD or a SAM today, so we know you can project manage. It's a Marketer we're looking for. Someone who knows what good looks like, and can help shape our clients programmes to drive results (alongside our strategy team), whilst maintaining a strong eye on timelines, efficiency, resources and margin. We’re interested in individuals who have the innate drive to succeed combined with a growth mindset and one-team mentality.

Roles and responsibilities

·       Account portfolio ownership – exceptional client service, NPS, P&L/Rec Rev reporting

·       Accountable for client re-signs and annual growth targets

·       Contribution to RFPs and new client pitches

·       Exceptional programme management across your portfolio, leading the definition and orchestration of integrated campaigns alongside CS team members, Strategy, Studio, and delivery partners.

·       Hero the use of AI, both within the team and as an integrated part of our client pitches and GTM execution.

·       Highly competent at influencing and presenting – lead workshops, pitches, presentations

·       Line manage, mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence.



Skills & Experience

5+ years’ Client Services experience, with your most recent experience at a similar level, in a B2B agency

·       Strong knowledge of integrated B2B marketing with experience across disciplines (e.g. ABM, digital, content).

·       Experienced people leader, developing teams to achieve optimal results.

·       Exemplary programme management skills across your portfolio for large programmes of work

·       Demonstrable experience in growing accounts & selling ideas into a client.

·       Demonstrable experience in running for Account level P&Ls

·       Influential and persuasive communicator who sells ideas in and earns trust and respect to Director level 




Qualification and Educational requirements

  • ·       Educated to degree level or equivalent experience – we’re looking for sharp thinking and intellectual curiosity, not necessarily marks on a page.  



Salary: Base salary of £55-58,000 + profit share + a host of other benefits we're excited to tell you about
