As a Revenue Manager, immerse yourself in the strategic management of revenue for an extensive Aquaculture portfolio. Your role is crucial in ensuring rent-related procedures are meticulously followed, aligning with the strategic objectives, policy framework, and business planning,.


Your role will also involve a detailed assessment of tenants' business performance, forecasting future revenue implications, and confirming sources of relevant data to inform revenue management. Your expertise will be crucial in collating and analysing this data to support performance assessments and forecasting. Your analytical skills will be honed through the preparation of annual budgets, reforecasting, and sensitivity projections, ensuring you are at the forefront of financial planning within the sector.


On a day-to-day basis, you will take ownership of the aquaculture assets revenues portfolio, collaborating with Finance colleagues on system and procedural matters. Your vigilance in monitoring market price trackers, such as the Fish Pool Index, will be essential for the accurate determination of finfish rents.


The role demands a proactive approach to relationship management, fostering productive connections with industry and tenant contacts. This will facilitate effective communication and provide insights into production and revenue matters, benefiting all parties involved.


Candidates should possess a robust background in revenue management, with a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate and manage complex tenant relationships are essential.
