This role combines market intelligence business development and marketing technology expertise to identify opportunities build pipeline and optimize our sales and marketing systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset technical aptitude with CRM and business intelligence platforms and the ability to translate complex market dynamics into actionable business strategies.Responsibilities:Comprehensive competitive and market research across Research Healthcare Technology and Finance/Insurance for the UK and Europe marketsIdentify and analyze contract/grant opportunitiesTrack BD pipeline intelligence trends and performance metricsProvide strategicinsights and competitive intelligence to capture/proposal teamsDevelop automated dashboards reports and executive briefingsProvide CRM and market intelligence platform management and custom developmentManage CRM system with data quality compliance and user adoption focusGather business requirements and translate into technical solutionsIdentify and implement automation opportunities across sales/marketing functionsProvide training documentation and technical support for all systemsSupport marketing automation campaigns and lead generation with GDPR complianceQualifications:Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Marketing Information Systems or related field0-5 years of experience in business development market research or sales operationsStrong proficiency with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics Salesforce or similar)Excellent analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insightsStrong writtenand verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesDetail-oriented with commitment to data quality and accuracyThe diversity of Axles employees is a tremendous asset.
