This role combines market intelligence, business development and marketing technology expertise to identify opportunities, build pipeline and optimize our sales and marketing systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, technical aptitude with CRM and business intelligence platforms and the ability to translate complex market dynamics into actionable business strategies. Responsibilities Comprehensive competitive and market research across Research, Healthcare, Technology and Finance / Insurance for the UK and Europe markets Identify and analyze contract / grant opportunities Track BD pipeline intelligence trends and performance metrics Provide strategic insights and competitive intelligence to capture / proposal teams Develop automated dashboards, reports and executive briefings Provide CRM and market intelligence platform management and custom development Manage CRM system with data quality compliance and user adoption focus Gather business requirements and translate into technical solutions Identify and implement automation opportunities across sales / marketing functions Provide training documentation and technical support for all systems Support marketing automation campaigns and lead generation with GDPR compliance Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or related field 0-5 years of experience in business development, market research or sales operations Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or similar) Excellent analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Detail‑oriented with commitment to data quality and accuracy Key Skills All-Source Intelligence, Military Intelligence, GIS, ICD Coding, Intelligence Experience, Military Experience, Analysis Skills, Microsoft Powerpoint, Joint Operations, Intelligence Analysis, Leadership Experience, Writing Skills The diversity of Axles employees is a tremendous asset.
