Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be instrumental in streamlining our operations, managing merchant account applications, onboarding new stores, and facilitating communication with various third-party partners.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage merchant account applications for credit/debit card processing.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new stores, ensuring smooth integration with our CRM systems.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for communication with third-party partners, including Google and Facebook advertising platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize e-commerce operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining operational documentation and procedures.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a subscription-based model.
  • Familiarity with merchant account applications and payment processing systems.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
