building on our foundation as a leader in resale and re-commerce services, rlvd provides individuals and luxury retailers access to our global marketplace.

we are looking for an e-commerce fashion operations specialist to join our fast-growing team in acton, london.

responsibilities:

  • collect and organize clothing from our client base in london for product shoots, ensuring items are ready and accounted for.
  • work with photographers on daily product shoots, helping to ensure that images meet rlvd.com’s high standards.
  • select and arrange fashion products on our e-commerce platform to match our brand vision and customer interests.
  • review the rlvd.com website to ensure that all products are presented attractively and consistently.
  • assist the creative team in developing online imagery and video content that showcases our products effectively.
  • help manage and enhance our social media presence to increase product visibility and brand engagement.
  • assist with ad-hoc duties which may include, writing listing content, customer service, pick and pack orders.


skills and experience:

  • § a good understanding of the fashion industry and current trends.
    experience in an e-commerce and resale, retail, or similar role is preferred but not required.
  • § keen eye for detail and a knack for visual presentation.
  • § strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • § good organizational skills and the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • § a proactive attitude and readiness to take on new challenges.
