Responsibilities- Assist the SENDCo in managing and developing the schools SEN provision.
- Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and ensure effective monitoring of student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers parents and external agencies to provide tailored support for students with SEN.
- Help lead training sessions and workshops for staff on SEN best practices and strategies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of SEN interventions and suggest improvements as necessary.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs preferably in an educational setting.
- A background in teaching or support roles with a genuine passion for SEN education.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A clear DBS check and the legal right to work in the UK.
- A supportive inclusive and dynamic school culture that prioritizes professional development.
