We're looking for a Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Advisor to join our Transportation team based in Twyford, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you'll champion the highest standards of SHEA compliance across the business. Join us at Kier Transportation, where we are working brilliantly together to make a difference, supporting the movement of people, goods, and equipment.Location: Twyford, Buckinghamshire - travel to the office required with some remote working availableContract: Permanent Fulltime 45 hours per week - - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to usSalary: £38,000 to £43,000 per year + £5k annual car allowance + benefitsWe are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this roleResponsibilitiesAs a SHE Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring full compliance with all legal obligations, client requirements, and Kier Group's SHEA Integrated Management System (IMS).Your Day To Day Will IncludeActively promote Safety, Health and Welfare, leading and setting a good example to other employees and stakeholders Ensure all accidents, incidents and near misses are reported quickly and are also effectively investigated, contributing to Incident Review Boards and Incident Review PanelsManage the reporting and review of SHEA accidents / incidents on the contractAssist in evaluating staff to ensure their capacity, capability, and competency are consistently maintainedWhat are we looking for?This role of SHE Advisor is great if you have:Experience working in a similar role in constructionNEBOSH Certificate or equivalent Membership of relevant professional institution (e.g. Tech IOSH or above)Rewards And BenefitsWe're proud to be able to offer our brilliant people a wide variety of benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
