We have an excellent new opportunity for a Senior SHE Advisor based with our Client on the AWE Burghfield Site in Reading, Berkshire. This will be an on-site role, and Candidates must have or be able to obtain Security Clearance at SC level from the outset. For this, Candidates will be British Citizens and not have worked outside the UK for the past 5 years. The Senior SHE Advisor role will be pivotal to ensure site behaviours are practices are in line with both Company and client expectations. The ability to effectively communicate and influence people is an important quality needed for the role. This is in addition to having all the appropriate SHE experience and knowledge. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES To support the Contract SHE functions, provide, and support SHE solutions and enable the Contract / Operational Teams to implement the SHE Management System. To build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, whilst providing an independent and objective view of SHE Performance on the Contract.
