Cleansing data, cleaning and registering computer equipment returned from employees. ? Maintaining the Asset Register with the allocation and status of all computer equipment. ? Development of process documents and videos to assist onboarding and ongoing training of Business Development Executives (BDE's). ? Assist in the management of our internal Salesforce CRM, through data management, template creation, cadence development, user support and report generation. ? Provision of encrypted prospect lists to Account managers and clients. ? Maintain the relationship with our external IT Security team and Hiscox Cyber Security Training platform. Registering new devices and users, working with managers to ensure completion of mandatory training. ? Management of Manual Research projects, from brief development, monitoring team output, to data delivery with analysis to Account Managers and Clients. ? Cleansing, removal of duplicates, verification, and upload of research data into the Salesforce CRM. ?
