Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR & Compliance Manager to support our fast paced and changing environment. The role requires excellent time management, organisational skills and a process-focused approach. Operating within a tightly knit team with strong interpersonal dynamics, the ideal candidate should be sociable and enjoy contributing to a positive office environment. This is a fantastic multifaceted role which encompasses HR, Operations and Team support.
This is a full-time office-based role.
Responsibilities

Take lead & continually improve HR Strategy & Processes

Approachable point of contact

Carry out processes including Recruitment & Onboarding & Reviews
- Create and maintain documentation

Create personal development plans, track team qualifications and hold team to account

Arrange company socials, training sessions and team building activities
Operational & Compliance

Assist Operations Director with compliance requirements

Health & Safety (First Aid, Fire Warden, etc)

Assist with facilities & office management
