About the Role


As a Junior E-Commerce Marketplace Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and improving our product listings, optimizing content, and ensuring our brand’s vision is clearly communicated across various e-commerce platforms.

You’ll be responsible for monitoring sales, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring smooth operations across marketplaces.


Drawing on your toolkit of experience, here’s what you will be doing:


  • Product Setup & Content Management: Oversee the setup and maintenance of product listings, descriptions, images, A+ content, and video uploads across our online stores.
  • Content Creation & Updates: Regularly update and improve product content across our range, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s messaging and resonates with customers.
  • Video Content Upload & Management: Upload, manage, and maintain video content on product pages.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Continuously research trends and gather insights to improve our online content and sales performance. Propose ideas for content improvements and support in execute them.
  • Sales Monitoring & Actioning: Track sales volumes and monitor for any unusual changes. Quickly act to investigate and resolve any unexpected dips or surges in sales.
  • Problem-Solving & Accountability: Take ownership of any issues related to content, product setup, or sales trends, resolving them head-on with effective solutions.
  • Data Analysis: Use your strong Excel skills to analyse sales data, assess content effectiveness, and generate reports.
  • Project Management: Oversee the completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope, while adhering to process and workflow.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to keep them informed and aligned with e-commerce objectives.
  • Training & Documentation: Maintain and update internal documentation for e-commerce processes and tools. Assist in training new team members.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar e-commerce role.
  • A strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and content management systems, with Amazon experience being a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of issues and resolve them promptly.
  • A customer-focused approach, always striving to improve the user experience and sales performance.
  • A collaborative mindset, able to work with cross-functional teams and keep everyone informed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and concise style.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude, with the ability to act quickly when needed.
