Position We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented E-commerce Manager within our Support Centre based in Glasgow city centre to lead our online sales and marketing efforts.
As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our e-commerce platform, enhancing the user experience, and driving revenue growth.

An enhanced remuneration package is available for suitable, experienced candidates with experience working within the luxury marketplace.
Responsibilities E-commerce Strategy : Devise strategies to enhance sales, improve user experience, and drive revenue.
Transform social media platforms into profitable channels Team Leadership : Guide e-content assistants, copywriters, and graphic designers to execute e-commerce strategies.
Ensure adherence to predetermined plans.
Website Security and Functionality : Review checkout pages and payment procedures for security.
Ensure the creation and upload of promotional offers is accurately executed Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyse website traffic and sales metrics.
Use insights to inform website maintenance and marketing strategies.
