This well renowned AI/tech entrepreneur is launching an incredibly exciting new business and requires an EA to support him.  The launch happens in July and there is currently a team of 12ppl but it is set to grow to around 50 in the UK.  This Founder is a kind, approachable, and respectful person to work for and he will need someone very efficient, emotionally intelligent and most importantly deeply interested (ideally knowledgably) in AI.  As his EA you will be joining him in meetings, taking notes, compiling action points and drafting summary notes to share with heads of departments. Similarly, you will need to know what’s important to prioritise in his diary and he wants to be able to bounce ideas about with his EA too so it’s important his EA knows the terminology and what is happing in that space to be able to support him efficiently and really add value.  Responsibilities will include diary and inbox management (flagging, prioritising, drafting etc), travel planning as well as travelling with the Founder (sometimes globally) to attend meetings or to help him in advance of a talk he is giving. They are also opening an office in Asia so there will be more travel when the autumn comes.  You will be based in stunning offices in Kensington, and they offer hybrid working however the Founder will require flexibility and would like this EA to be in the office when he is for ease of collaboration.  As it is a startup and about to officially launch, it will be an intense and exciting time and there will be requirements to work long hours at times but the Founder is very kind and very is conscious of work life balance so it won’t be excessive.  This Founder is a really great person to work for and he is very much at the forefront of the AI revolution and liaising with big names in this space, so it’s a really exciting opportunity for someone who has an interest in AI. The role offers huge scope to grow but will require lots of hard work and dedication.  The right character must have a degree and will be a skilled EA who is calm and confident in their abilities, forward thinking and proactive. Ideally they will have worked in AI previously or want to learn more about it, and exposure of a start-up culture would be preferable.
