We are now recruiting for a Caravan & Motorhome Sales Manager Location: Leisure World in Catterick, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 7JB - Industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
Do you fancy working in the Leisure Industry, managing the sale of luxury recreational vehicles? Leisure World offers new & used touring caravans, motorhomes & campervans, by top UK & European manufacturers.
Management Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Providing guidance to the sales team
- Team training & mentorship
- Sales target implementation & achievement
- To build & promote healthy & long-lasting employee & customer relationships
- Maintaining company policies & disciplines
- As a Sales Manager, you will also be required to participate within the sales arena, contributing towards the departments overall sales objectives.
Sales duties include:
- Engaging with & inspiring our customers
- Listening to & Identifying customer requirements
- Demonstrating caravans & motorhomes to prospective buyers
- Handing over vehicles with both confidence & enthusiasm
- Highlighting additional products & services that may be of interest to the customer
- Processing orders & completing all necessary paperwork
- Regular routine communication from sale through to handover
- Adding value by continually enhancing product display & presentation.
You will be working both indoors & outdoors, engaging with customers in an effort to fulfil their lifestyle ambitions, as they contemplate investing as much as £250,000 on a new leisure vehicle.
A typical working week...
The job consists of a 5 day week and will require weekend work, typically achieving one weekend off a month.
Bank holiday working is also an important part of the role.
You will also be required to attend National Exhibitions, such as the NEC Show in Birmingham, where you will demonstrate your leadership and sales abilities.
