Are you an experienced Sales Office Manager and looking for a new challenge, as our client who lead their market are looking to recruit immediately.
This position is based in the Boston area and is a full time role, working 8-5pm Mon to Thurs with an early finish on a Friday.
You will be an experienced Sales Manager and a proven leader, who can manage and develop a team to progress and continue to drive the company forward.
Sage experience would be very advantageous for this position, along with good experience working with CRM's.
You will work closely with the Senior Directors, attending meetings and managing reports for analysis.
You will be responsible for:- building a comprehensive sales plan- building rapports with customers and various partners- Hit sales targets and achieve growth by successfully leading the sales team- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's client base- Own recruiting, objective setting and performance monitoring- Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to management teams- Identify emerging markets and market changes while being aware of new products and competitor status'
