Sales & Account Manager

Based: Field Based Covering East & Central ScotlandMy client is a successful manufacturing organisation, due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Sales & Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis.This role will be a mixture of account management existing Customer accounts and new business generation, developing relationships in East Central Scotland.Responsibilities will include:Develop relationships with existing customers to increase custom spendIdentify and target new customers in line with business market strategyProvide customers with bespoke product solutions depending on their needsWork closely with internal departments including sales, design, planning, production and logisticsExceed customer expectations by working to SLA'sAchieve individual sales targetsAttend regular sales team meetingsTo be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:Previous sales &/or account management experience ideally within manufacturing, supply chain, FMCG marketsExcellent relationship building skillsThe desire to generate new business opportunitiesA proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenConfident IT skills including MS Office - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
