Diagnosing customer issues and resolving them promptly, ensuring high-quality service. Recording all customer interactions accurately to maintain a clear contact history. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and offering feedback to improve services. Working towards individual targets and objectives, proactively managing your development plan. Collaborating with your team to improve performance and service delivery. Supporting with general administrative tasks and any other duties as required by your line manager.
