To ensure we continue to deliver exceptional customer service across all channels, we're are looking for a talented Call Centre Advisor to join us on a permanent basis. As a Customer Service Representative / Customer Advisor at Signet Jewelers (H.Samuel and Ernest Jones) you’ll provide us with vital support responding to customer enquiries regarding; service, repairs, products and deliveries.

**Hours: 37 Hours per week Monday to Friday as well as some weekends**
**Need to be flexible during Bank Holidays and Peak Season**

**Hybrid working: We offer a mix of office and home working as per our business requirements. Late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays will be worked from home.**

**About You**

Suitable Applicants must be experienced as follows:

- Telephone-based customer service experience ideally from a Call centre / Contact Centre environment
- Proven passion for delivering amazing customer experiences

If you’re confident in providing exceptional customer service and responding to customers via e mail professionally this could be the perfect role for you.
