About the Role:


As our Technical Art Director, you'll be at the helm of defining the artistic vision for cutting-edge games. Your mission? To lead, design, and implement top-tier content production workflows alongside a talented team of Technical Artists. You’ll be the bridge between art and technology, ensuring every pixel meets the highest standards. Lead with Vision: Inspire and mentor your team, driving excellence in everything from character creation to R&D.

Hands-On Creation: Dive into crafting stunning, in-game characters that set new industry standards.

Innovate Relentlessly: Stay ahead of trends, explore new technologies, and collaborate with industry partners to keep us on the cutting edge.

Set the Bar: Maintain ambitious standards for visual quality, ensuring our games are nothing short of breathtaking.

Collaborate & Create: Work hand-in-hand with art, animation, design, and engineering teams to create seamless, visually stunning games.


What We’re Looking For:


Industry Expertise: You’ve got extensive experience as a Technical Art Director or a similar role in the games industry.

Leadership Skills: You’re a natural leader with a knack for mentoring, managing, and inspiring teams to achieve greatness.

Technical Mastery: Proficient in Maya, Houdini, and Unreal Engine, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in hyper-realistic character rigging and more.

Innovative Mindset: You're always looking for ways to push the boundaries of real-time character creation and leverage emerging technologies.
