User Reactivation/Retention Expert- Remote

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

As a User Reactivation/ Retention Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to reactivate dormant accounts and increase customer engagement. As importantly, leveraging your expertise in customer relationship management and retention, you will analyze user behavior, identify opportunities for reactivation, and implement targeted campaigns to win back lost customers as well as strengthen strategies for user retention. You will need to have a deep understanding of customer behavior, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth. 


BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of dormant user data to understand patterns and reasons for disengagement.
  • Develop personalized reactivation and retention campaigns using a combination of email marketing, targeted advertising, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance the user experience and address pain points identified during the reactivation process.
  • Implement A/B testing and other strategies to optimize reactivation and retention efforts and improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user reactivation/retention and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer reactivation and retention.


YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in customer reactivation/retention, preferably in the banking or fintech industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Creative thinker with a knack for developing engaging campaigns
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
