As a Talent Scout, you would be responsible for hiring talent for all of these teams. Job Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Talent Scout where you'll enjoy a high degree of autonomy, managing your own schedule to bring in new talent to our teams Utilising LinkedIn Recruiter, you'll proactively engage with potential candidates, as well as go through applications to identify top talent to speak with. You will be responsible for conducting 15-minute screening calls with candidates, and booking in longer interviews for promising individuals. Your keen eye for talent will be pivotal as you constantly forward candidates to our co-founders and CEOs, contributing to the growth and success of our portfolio businesses. This is a permanent, full-time role which allows you to work remotely from anywhere.
