Salisbury, United Kingdom Aspire Defence Services Ltd Full time

Are you passionate about providing exceptional support and ensuring the smooth operation of transport services? As a Transport Office Administrator, you will collaborate with various departments, manage driving competencies, and oversee the MOD RTC process.

In alignment with our commitment to safety, you will uphold standards by adhering to legislation, company policies, and environmental guidelines. Your responsibilities will include utilising the E-Impact MIS system to investigate incidents, collect photographic evidence, and gather driver/witness statements. Occasional site visits within a 10-mile radius of Larkhill may be required.

Additionally, you’ll administer authority driving competencies according to JSP800. You’ll assist in the closing down of transport details for pool and hire vehicles, ensuring accurate reconciliation of vehicle ATUDs at month-end. As part of our collaborative team, you’ll cover for fellow Transport Office Administrators and provide backup for other service delivery positions as needed.

Your administrative tasks will involve collaborating with the Team Leader on various duties, including IFS entries, staff training coordination, and procurement of workwear and PPE. You’ll also oversee the Transport Service Equipment Table store and support the ADSL PPE and exercise equipment stores.

But first, meet the team…

With a 35-year contract, making soldiers’ lives better is at the heart of everything we do at Aspire Defence Services.

Seriously, picture a heart (the real one) and imagine how hard it works to keep the body running, making sure every part gets exactly what it needs to thrive. That’s our mission; to deliver a modern, fully serviced, flexible working environment for soldiers.

And just as the heart needs certain parts to keep the body alive, we need the dedication and commitment of our people to support our customers. We deliver a broad range of services for one-third of the British Army living and working on our patch, and we're proud of the work we do.

We’re all about nurturing great teams, and our award-winning safety and wellbeing initiatives are built on keeping an eye out for one another and having a good work-life balance.

In addition to being part of our team, you’ll also get…

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, as well as the option to buy and sell holiday.
  • Contributory Company Pension Plan matched up to 6%, plus individual life assurance.
  • A shopping discounts scheme
  • Employee assistance and health and wellbeing check ins
  • Reward and recognition to celebrate outstanding achievements.
  • Free on-site parking

Ready to join the team?

To be successful in this role you will need to have proven IT literacy, a clean UK driving license and the ability to obtain Security Clearance (basic). It is also necessary to have experience working within a small team environment as well as a customer facing setting and have evidence of being attentive to detail.
