**Job Description**:
We have found that we need someone to help us to stay organised, keep on top of the daily admin and ensure that the wider team are able to keep their promises to the clients and our staff.

The role will cover a variety of admin functions such as supporting with recruitment activities, arranging required staff support visits and appraisals, staffing and coordinating stands at some community events as well as helping ensure the daily finance tasks are consolidated to speed up month-end processes.

As you'd expect we are looking for someone willing to turn their hand to anything, someone with good organisational skills, able to communicate effectively with the wide range of client and staff members we have, someone who will be a personable yet professional first contact of the company.

You will be joining a vibrant and growing office with the opportunity to grow your career as quickly as the business grows, if you want it to.

The main working hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday with the occasional community event at the weekend where support will be required. Applicants

**Qualifications**:
Competency with excel and other Microsoft products preferred due to involvement in some finance processes.

No formal qualifications required, just a passion to do the best job possible.
