Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Processing “Inbound post” on a daily basis.
- Handling telephone enquiries from both “internal” and “external” customers.
- Assisting with the updating of vehicle and machinery maintenance records.
- Providing secretarial skills using Microsoft Office Software.
- Assist with the provision of information in the answering of “customer” enquiries whether written or verbal.
- Providing support through completion of other duties as allocated.

**Skills**:To work as an Office Assistant, you will be:

- Confident on the telephone
- Customer focused
- Able to provide clear, concise communications
- Work methodically

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.75 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
