**Accounts Assistant**

**_£12 per hour - part-time - 20 hours per week (Mon - Fri)_**

**Responsibilities/Job Spec**

Supporting our Accounts Manager, Sarah, with the following:

- Entering purchase invoices using Sage and Xero software (training can be provided).
- Supplier statement reconciliation.
- Cash reconciliation.
- Locating paperwork.
- Filing.
- Providing support to our Reservations Manager, Kirstie, when required.

**Skills and Traits**
- Experience as a PA/EA desirable
- Confident communicating with management and directors
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent on the phone
- Highly organized
- Computer literate
- Experience using Excel desirable
- An ability to switch between tasks and prioritise work accordingly
