We have presence in the UK, India and Ukraine.What You’ll Be DoingBe the first point of contact for new members, delivering a best-in-class onboarding experienceGuide new customers through welcome calls, account activation, and tailored trainingSupport members in achieving a fast return on their investment with our platformManage daily onboarding tickets through Zendesk, ensuring timely resolutionDeliver outbound support via phone and email, educating members on key features and best practicesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover to Customer SupportContinuously improve onboarding processes and contribute to the overall customer journeyWhat We’re Looking ForGraduate/ Post Graduate Degree or relevant experienceExperience in a customer service or client onboarding roleConfident working with CRM tools (e.g. Zendesk or similar)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbalPassion for customer success and a naturally proactive approachAble to work towards KPIs or performance objectivesGreat attention to detail, time management, and organisational skillsResilient, solutions-focused, and eager to learn and developA true team player who thrives in a collaborative environmentDon't meet all the requirements?TEG value diverse perspectives and are committed to building an inclusive workplace.
