The Courthouse Hotel Shoreditch is a 5-star property that combines the grandeur of a Grade2 listed Baroque style building with laid-back personalized service, forming the perfect alchemy. We are located in the centre of Shoreditch, famed for its buzzing nightlife and eccentric charm.

Our facilities consist of 128 guest rooms and suites, a unique restaurant concept, 3 bars including a roof top bar, 11 event spaces, a 196-seat screening room, 2 lane bowling alley, luxurious spa, swimming pool and fitness centre.
Key accountabilities and tasks related to the Meeting and Events Executiverole include: Planning and organising a personalised service, tailor made to our clients exact requirements. Producing proposals, contracts for guests, menus, and weekly function sheets for respective departments, in line with hotel pricing policy and sales direction. High sense of responsibility for all functions throughout the event. Liaising closely with Reservations, Front Office & F&B teams to ensure the success of all event bookings. Checking arrangements are correct and in place on the day of the event. Ensuring billing is correct and invoices sent out in a timely manner. Previous hotel experience with a good working knowledge of Opera PMS & Sales & Catering Preferred.
