Seeking an extraordinary Meetings and Events Planning Executive an epitome of ambition and dedication, driven to deliver service that leaves hearts aflutter.
If you possess the finesse homed in bustling high-volume eateries and thrive in the whirlwind of a fast-paced environment, where dreams become reality and memories are etched in gold, this is your calling.
As our Assistant Meetings and Events Planning Executive you will receive:
Salary: £34,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Responsibilities Include:
Planning meetings and events taking place at the hotel.
Conducting client show arounds and menu tastings when applicable.
Maintaining strong client relationships to ensure smooth event planning process for the client and return business. Always going extra mile to accommodate client's needs.
Working closely with M&E operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
Producing clear and accurate BEOs, attending weekly BEO meetings, handing over to the team in charge on the day.
Staying for the first couple of hours on the day of the event might be required for large scale events.
Supporting M&E Sales and Planning Manager and Assistant with reporting and Ad Hoc projects when required.
