Meetings and Events Sales and Planning Executive –art'otel Battersea
We are recruiting for our first art’otel in London A premium lifestyle hotel situated in the heart of the new, iconic Battersea Power Station development. Perched on the Electric Boulevard, the 164 keys art’otel London Battersea power station sits in the heart of this newly energised neighbourhood, offering restaurants, bars, shops and galleries, amidst the eye-catching architecture that surrounds the historical Battersea Power Station.
As Meetings and Events Sales and Planning Executive you will receive:

Free dry cleaning for work uniform Annual Staff parties and events Company pension plan & award-winning trainingTasks as a Meetings & Events Sales and Planning Executive include, but are not limited to:
Responding to all M&E enquiries (small, medium and large scale) in timely manner and converting them into confirmed bookings. Generating quotes based on guidelines provided and sends it out to potential clients. Using negotiating skills, strong judgement, and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts as well as upsell where possible to ensure M&E targets and budgets are achieved. Conducting client show arounds and menu tastings when applicable. Issuing contracts and deposit requests for confirmed business. Maintaining strong client relationships to ensure smooth event planning process for the client and return business. Working closely with M&E operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth event delivery. Producing clear and accurate BEOs and attend weekly BEO meetings. Supporting M&E Sales and Planning Manager with reporting and Ad Hoc projects when required. Having a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.
