Customer Service Administrator - Epsom

Kenneth Brian are recruiting exclusively for an exciting opportunity as a Customer Service Administrator for our client in Epsom, who has a lively and buzzy office You will be responsible for always providing great customer service while also having a high attention to detail for administration integrating into a highly positive team atmosphere, this is a varied role and great for someone who wants to gain some all-round experience.

Duties Include:

  • General office admin duties
  • Responsible for day-to-day coordination
  • Dealing with emails in a timely manner, call handling.
  • Processing exchanges/refunds
  • Invoicing
  • Investigating issues and resolving.
  • Using the CRM system

The experience Required:

  • Customer service experience (ideally in an office environment)
  • Good working knowledge of Word, and Excel
  • GCSE Grades C and above in Maths and English
  • Must live locally in/around Epsom.
