Our client offers nursing support for 19 males and females with an acquired brain injury and other complex needs. They are in a semi-rural location, off a main road, and surrounded by lovely views and beautiful countryside.

The role of a Staff Nurse (RGN) within the Nursing Home involves:
  • Ensuring that the care, welfare and safety of all residents is of the highest possible standard
  • Carrying out assessments and evaluations
  • Create person-centred care plans and update accordingly
  • Liaising with external governing bodies and agencies
  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements in record keeping, documentation and health and safety
  • Mentoring junior member of staff
  • Undertaking specific duties as delegated by the Home Manager
